- RC Alpine Grove – Existing debt 12 Crore additional 5 Crore for land and Project funding for villas construction to be split into three phases. Approval for Selective plots to be applied. This is to avoid delay in receiving funds

- RC Miller's Park- Discuss as a separate proposal to be submitted to the bank and do not club with RC-Alpine groove.
